Blend 1 cup steam broccoli florets with 1 cup **Broccoli Microgreens**, 1 cup vegetable broth and creamy sauce. Garnish on top with fresh Broccoli microgreens.
CREAMY SOUCE: Saute 4 cloves of garlic and 1\4 of an onion whit extra virgin olive oil, after golden brown add 1/2 cup of milk and 1 tsp flour, a pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pinch of black pepper.
